Site Servicing:

The site servicing permit is for the installation of all storm and sanitary drains and water service from the property line up to the building.  This requires multiple copies of the site servicing plans and payment in accordance with the plumbing and drain  fees, please contact the Building department for further information.

  • Renovations / Alterations Permit
  • Change of Use Permit ie. Conversions from residential to commercial
