New Revisions to Proposed Draft Subdivision Plans

Council invites you to bring your questions and comments on the new, revised subdivision draft plans for Innis Village East and West (see key map for locations) to the Public Meeting January 25, 2012 at 6;30 pm. Your input will help Council to finalize their decision to support, or not to support, the proposed plans at an Ontario Municipal Board hearing.
The proposed draft subdivision plans for an adult lifestyle community include: single detached dwellings, condominium townhouses, public park, stormwater ponds, walkways, a commercial block, future development blocks, condominium residential blocks, retirement campus and private open space. The draft plans propose 86 residential units for Innis Village East, and 696 residential units for Innis Village West.
The subdivision applicant along with Town planning staff will answer questions about the two proposed subdivision plans and the related zoning by-law amendments at the Public Meeting.
